Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness and respect for both our time, the following policy is in place:
• A 25% deposit of the service total is required at the time of booking.
• Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the full deposit and of 50% of service being provided.
• No-shows will forfeit the deposit and may require full payment to rebook.
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment if proper notice is given.
